All standard shipping costs and times will be clearly outlined on our website. Please note that as our products are largely made to order, dispatch times may be longer than standard. Customers will be informed of the expected delivery timeframe during the ordering process.
Backorders are charged immediately and dispatched as soon as they become available. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please be aware that we do not accept P.O. Box addresses for delivery.
Delivery Timeframes
Due to the custom nature of our products, which are made to order, please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery. Customers will be notified of specific delivery timescales when placing an order. This adjustment ensures that we provide accurate delivery expectations in line with the bespoke creation of our items.
Payment
All listed prices include sales tax unless otherwise stated. For deliveries outside the EU, national taxes and import duties may apply. We accept payments via credit card (AMEX, Mastercard, Visa), Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, and PayPal.
Changes to Your Order
We understand the importance of your order and encourage you to review it carefully before submission. Given the custom nature of our products, changes or cancellations after the order has been placed are not possible. If your parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, please contact the local delivery company once the parcel arrives in the destination country.
Store Returns
We offer refunds with a valid receipt and the original packaging intact within 14 days from the date of receipt for non-customized products. For products made to order, we cannot accept returns unless they are defective or damaged. We accept exchanges or store credit for current titles returned in their original packaging. No refunds or exchanges are offered for discounted or opened items.
Online Returns Policy
For our custom-made products, we cannot offer a standard right to cancel the purchase within 14 days of delivery. However, if you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us at hello@yveske.com to arrange for a return or exchange. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned to any of our physical stores. For non-customized products, our complete cancellation policy is available on our website.
